Join us this summer for Small Works, Big Blooms, a Tabletop Art Show at the Botanical Gardens! Discover works of botanically-inspired art displayed on small table easels throughout our conservatory. These whimsical works encourage visitors to slow down and experience the quiet beauty of our relationship with plants. Enjoy the small works of over 50 artists alongside our vast plant collection and vote on your favorite!
Some artwork featured in Small Works, Big Blooms will be available for purchase, offering visitors the opportunity to take home an original piece and support the artists and our Botanical Gardens.
Art in the Park at Chautauqua Institution
Hosted by the Friends of Chautauqua Visual Arts, Art in the Park is an open art fair with 75+ vendors held twice each summer season in Miller Park. Art in the Park showcases art by members of the Chautauqua community, artists-in-residence from the School of Art, and artisans from the region around Chautauqua Institution. Items for sale include ceramics, paintings, prints, Chautauqua-themed trinkets, pieces made of upcycled materials, homemade soaps, hand-dyed silk clothing, organic cosmetics, embellished handbags, pet treats, and fine jewelry. Art in the Park also offers entertainment featuring local talent. Art in the Park markets are always planned for Sundays when admission to Chautauqua Institution is free. This allows Art in the Park to be accessible for members of the surrounding community and Institution residents alike. Proceeds from the entrance fee paid by artists are used for exhibitions at the Strohl and Fowler-Kellogg Art Centers as well as to fund scholarships for Artists in Residence at the Chautauqua School of Art.

WRFA's Vintage and Art Fair
WRFA is transforming The Reg Lenna Media Arts Studio and the Pre-Function Space into a Vintage & Art Fair!
On Saturday May 23rd from 11 am to 4 pm vendors will be selling vintage favorites like vinyl, clothing and comic books and we'll also have local artists selling their work

ArtScape Original Art Show Opening Reception

Original Art Show Opening Reception
Thursday, May 21 • 5-7 p.m.
Chautauqua Art Gallery and Pearl City Clay House
The show will begin at the Chautauqua Art Gallery at 5 p.m. with remarks at 5:30 p.m. Next, guests are encouraged to walk or drive to Pearl City Clay house to view the entire show.
On your way to Pearl City, you can enjoy the Chamber of Commerce’s Third Street Third on Third events. After the show, guests can head back to the Reg Lenna for a free concert at 7:30 p.m.

Join us to kick off our Summer Reading Celebration! Celebrate art, creativity, and community with live music, community partners, an artisan vendor market, a special Booksale, games, an art tent, food trucks, and more!
The Block Party will be inside and outside the Library this year!
Community organizations: upstairs in the Community Room and Fireplace Room.
The Artisan Market: main lobby, stretching all the way to the back of the library near the booksale.
Special Booksale: back of the library’s main floor, next to the regular booksale.
Food Trucks: outside along Cherry Street, with a tented section of our front lawn for eating.
Live Music: Infinity will perform live music outside on the tented front lawn.
Lily Dale Funfest
This festival includes vendor shopping, mini readings, basket raffles, 50/50 drawings and an invitation to grab some photos at the photo booth. If you come just for the Fair you can request a 2-hour shopping pass at the gate. Grab a snack or cuppa at Sacred Grounds Coffee or Lucy’s and check out the bookstore and gift shop.
